We got up and ate breakfast at the Rougemont Diner with Dad, as Mom was out with the horses. Dad mentioned that someone he knows has a bunch of old Superman comics sitting in a shed. Terrible thing, keeping them in a shed.

Amanda skipped lunch in order to try to get a head start on leaving town. Of course my day was only moderately busy until three, and the hour after was jam packed

I got up early and took the car in to have them look at the XM and got a courtesy van ride back home. A guy in the van was taking a sip of coffee as the van was rounding a corner and he spilled it on himself. And he was on the way to the airport.

Amanda had a rough day of work today. When she got home the XM still wasn’t working after I had sat in the car for probably close to an hour waiting for the radio to activate. Amanda got on the horn talking to them and to VW and was just plain frustrated after her day. It just so happened that right after she got off the phone, a surveyor called asking about her experience with Volkswagen.

Well, I wasn’t as stressed today as I was yesterday. After work we drove out to the VW place to see if they could figure out why we’re only getting the preview and emergency channels on our free three-month trial of XM radio
