The yard has been bugging me for a while.  It’s covered in leaves and looks terrible, so I decided to start doing something about it today.  Unfortunately it started raining, so I did’t get much done.

Bonnie asked me to help her carry some litter into her house as she hurt herself recently.  When I went across the street to take care of that, Milly went with me and played with Kenzie and Kimber a bit.  They ended up running around in their yard and Bonnie’s yard and, later, in our yard while I kept raking.  I thought about how awesome that was, that that’s what a neighborhood should be like.

Nick came by and picked Max up today, so we’re back down to one dog.

Amanda and I dropped Milly off with Michael then went to Robin Crabtree’s Christmas party.  We hung out there for a little while, enjoying the smorgasbord of treats she prepared, then went to Tristen’s 30th birthday party at a restaurant.  I can’t remember the current name of it, but it’s on Oleander.  Reece and I spent some time, as you can see in the picture here (Stephanie’s face is great), watching the Kentucky-Carolina game.  Carolina won, much to both of our chagrin.  They’re such a perplexing team.

When we got in the car to go form Robin’s to the restaurant, my phone was off.  I thought that odd since I’d charged it last night, but it wouldn’t turn on at all or charge in the car.  I’m worried that it bricked itself and that I’ll need to buy a new one.  I’m hoping that’s not the case.
