Amanda skipped lunch in order to try to get a head start on leaving town. Of course my day was only moderately busy until three, and the hour after was jam packed so we ended up leaving around 4:30. We cleaned the car (bugs from the highway travel the week before along with newly accrued bird doody), stopped by the bank and BoJangles and went straight to Rougemont (with one stop at the Target in Garner for some ribbon for the gifts for little Charlie Titus, whereat Amanda also happened to pick up the most recent Green Day CD and I felt obliged to pickup Batman Begins).

We got in around 7:30 or 8 and sat around talking to Mom and Dad for a while.
