I’ve been playing quite a bit lately with different WordPress themes and plugins for three websites I have.  One is this, and if you’ve been reading this for any amount of time you’ll notice a pretty major difference between how it looked a couple days ago and how it looks now.

The other two sites are GameCals.com and Hivvy.com.  GameCals has been through a few difference concepts, and there are some pages that are being picked up pretty well in search engines, so I’m loathe to wipe it out, although from a design standpoint, I really should.  I just need to back up everything, delete what’s in there and reinstall everything.  That’s probably the best thing to do.

The plan for Hivvy is for it to just be a bunch of random info.  Both sites are really all about search engines, you know, and getting people to click on ads to try to make me a little extra money.  Anyway, I’ve been working on all of these things in my spare time lately.

The only problem I’ve had so far is that a lot of the categories from this site seem to have disappeared.  I read about a few tricks to fix that, but nothing has worked so far.  It’s a little upsetting, since I’ve got over 900 posts.  I mean, there’s no way I can go back through every post and reassign each one.

Moving on, work was pretty steady today.  I got a few things done that I wanted to get done, but I had some support issues take up a chunk of time.

Amanda and I spent the evening watching an Soup special called Chicks, Man then Wipeout.  We half-watched I Survived a Japanese Game Show after that then she went to bed.

We started praying together at night recently.  I always pray after I get in bed, and in the mornings, and I know Amanda prays but I don’t know the particulars of it.  I thought it would be a good thing for us to start doing together each night.  We just sort of discuss the things we want to lift up then send them off to God.
