I had a headache yesterday.  I usually try to put off taking anything for headaches, but I took a Tylenol for it, then later I took another one, then in the evening I took two Advil and I still had the headache.  I was about to start coding the two websites, but I set aside the laptop and told Amanda around 6:30 or 7:00 that I was going to take a nap.

Amanda woke me up at 8:00 so I could say goodnight to Milly upstairs.  She woke me up again around 10:00 to say she was going upstairs.  I woke up around 3:00 and decided to head upstairs and I finally woke up for good around 7:30 feeling pretty refreshed.  I don’t know why I was so tired, but I did enjoy my twelve hour nap.

I was on the phone quite a bit for work today.  We recently bought another web design company and I began calling their old clients today to introduce myself to them and let them know about some of the things we offer.

Kirsten babysat Milly tonight while Amanda and I headed off to small group.  We stopped by Lowe’s Food to drop off the recycling and pick up a drink for dinner tonight.  Amanda went into the store while I took care of the trash, and as soon as I got out of the car I heard someone call my name.  It ended up being Billy Supplee.  We talked for a bit and stood around waiting for Amanda to show up after we were done.  In that time I told him it was awkward, because we went on out man-date to the fair and I hadn’t heard from him since- no phone calls, no email.  He said he’d thrown up afterwards, which I hadn’t been told.  He said after he dropped me off he went to the cul-de-sac to turn around, and as he was making that turn he realized it was one turn too many on the night and he knew he was going to sick.  He was hoping to get back to his apartment, which isn’t but a few miles away, but he ended up having to pull over at the Kangaroo station.

That’s the problem with the lack of lines at the fair here- you can go on so many rides one after another, and it can be a bit much after a bit.

Small group was good.  It was Mia’s birthday (happy birthday, Mia!) so we ate some chili and cake before starting our study.

Back home I watched Carolina take on Michigan State, which should have been a revenge match for Michigan State for being embarrassed in last year’s national championship game.  Michigan State, who started off ranked #2 but had a loss last week, bent over for Carolina once again.  The Heels actually played probably the best they have so far this year.  Michigan State got down as much as 19 I think, but they brought it back within six point towards the end.  If only they’d caught on fire earlier in the game.  It was frustrating to watch, but oh well.  The Heels still have UK and Texas to face pretty soon.  Then again, Kentucky has struggled against mediocre teams too.  Hopefully the Wildcats will gel and the Heels won’t shoot 66% again.  It is at Rupp, which should help some.

We’re expected to have bad weather with a chance to tornadoes tomorrow.
